Life can take its twist and turns, and without sudden warning, throw curve balls we are not prepared to hit. Take for instance homelessness, an event that can befall the unfortunate as swift and sudden as a thief in the night.
Case and example is a charming, loving 8-year-old pup named Tessa, who due to unfortunate circumstances is a dog without a home. Tessa’s family was recently evicted from their home, and they could no longer support her, as they couch surf at friends and relatives homes where dogs are not allowed.
The emotionally wounded family were left with no choice but to surrender Tessa to the Glynn County Animal Control, in Brunswick, Georgia, a high kill facility. The shelter, which is the last stomping ground for so many dogs and cats who can’t find homes, has made an exception with Tessa, after witnessing the tearful exchange on the day she was surrendered. It has been two months, and so far, Tessa has failed to find a forever family.
Fidonation, if you or someone you know is interested in giving this precious pup the forever family she rightfully deserves, please contact the Glynn County Animal Control at (912) 554-7500, and reference the shelter ID #170601.
Additionally, please share this story on Facebook or Twitter so we are closer to finding Tessa the forever family she rightfully deserves. We have done it before and can certainly do it again.
