When you meet Ace, the first thing that comes to mind is how handsome, and playful he is. However, as rosy as the picture might seem on the surface, something much more serious is going on in Ace beneath the charm. Ace is struggling emotionally because, after a year and some change of loyalty and devotion to his heartless owners, they surrendered him to the Carson Animal Shelter, in Gardena, California, to fend for himself.
Carson is no joke to say and write the least. Dogs are given just a few weeks, and sometimes even just days to find forever families before they are brought to a back room and prepped for euthanasia. Sad indeed.
A Petharbor listing for Ace reads,
“My name is ACE and I’m an approximately 1-year-old male Pit Bull. I am not yet neutered. Please help me. “
Fidonation, a kill shelter is no place for a charming, charismatic pup to spend the rest of his days. Ace is heartbroken, and there is nothing in this world that would give him more joy, then to find the forever family he rightfully deserves.
If you or someone you know is interested in giving Ace a new home please contact the Los Angeles County Animal Control – Carson at (310) 523-9566 and reference the shelter ID #A5037993.
Additionally, please share this story on Facebook or Twitter, so we are closer to finding Ace a family. We have done it before and can certainly do it again.
